Job Role: GeM Tender Executive / Tender Manager

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process on the GeM portal and possibly other government procurement portals. Your focus is on ensuring timely submission of bids, compliance with tender requirements, and maximizing success in government contracts.


🧾 Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Tender Search & Identification

  • Regularly monitor GeM and other government portals for new tender opportunities.

  • Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and feasibility.

2. Bid Preparation & Submission

  • Prepare and organize all documents required for technical and financial bids.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, etc.) for documentation.
